Update + things I'm eye-balling...

Did you know that eyeballing isn't a word? You have to hyphen it. Duh.
Eye-Ball this!

SO as I've said before, I have failed many-a-time at blogging and I have decided I am ok with that.
...that's all.

The loft is a royal mess right now. Such a mess that even I am highly embarassed. I guess that this is what happens when you live in one ginormous space, you get one ginormous mess, and you have to clean it up. That being said, one ginormous mess in one ginorm space can sometimes be cleaned up quickly. Ish. Quick-ish. We just need to maintain.

Another thing-we are still having a really hard time adjusting to not having a washer/dryer inside our home. Sure, there is the laundry room downstairs but it's not nearly the same, you know? Going from being able to do large loads of laundry anytime for free to...well, not being able to do that, is so different. We have the option of being able to put a European unit in the bathroom (aka one drum, washes and dries in the same unit) but it's a small load, and who knows how long we'll need to have that? If we moved into a different loft, or different apartment, or heck different home after this lease that would be a waste of technology. So, I suppose we'll either make a nice trip to the million laundromats near us or hello, in laws:)

We went to Munich the 2nd week of February for our second MK1615 trip, and it was amazing. I can't even tell you how awesome it was. My team was amazing and I would preach the gospel with them any day. I love that about the people that are currently leaders, or being raised up as leaders at DBC. I think that when I look at the people in our  church, that is something that really stands out to me. I base a LOT about people depending on whether or not I would minister on the street with them, and especially if I could do that in a completely different country. I could definitely go on & on about this...I will some other time though:) All that said, Mk1615 is my life, my mission, my passion. I love that the call of God is to GO, and I get to GO with an amazing husband that loves the Lord and people that are on fire for the gospel. There is nothing better then that.

All updates aside, here's some stuff I'd like in the loft:

beautiful zig-zag rug on ebay

Perfect partner desk at ikea
Love these. Although I would prefer 2 vintage Eames chairs, but I wouldn't mind having these wood base Eames knock-offs from overstock.com in the meantime (plus the price for these is insanely cheap)

I also found this little beauty on craigslist for $20 and should be getting it next week. It will be perfect for the 5 million books we have:)

Mid Century? yes. Always yes.

Oh and one more thing: I would love to get this, but I'm not 100% on what to do with it. I just love it.

That's all for now folks:)

Love,
Ruth Ann
